Basic Design & Engineering
- Conceptual process studies (material balances, process flow sheets…) and plot plan.
- Piping and Instrument Diagrams.
- Sizing and process specifications of equipment and machinery, Specification of effluent and requirements of feed, fuel and utilities.
- Process specifications of Instrumentation and control devices.
- A Basic Engineering Design Package (BEDP) containing all data needed to perform the Detail Engineering.
- Basic engineering studies may also consist of consolidating Process Design Package initiated by other process licensor.
